Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
We want this to be short and unambiguous, so there are no surprises on either side.
The short version
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method when you start it, and you are not charged anything during it. If you don't cancel, your plan starts and is charged when the 14 days end.
After the trial, subscription payments are non-refundable.
You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
1. Your free trial
All plans — Starter, Pro and Agency — include a 14-day free trial. You get full console access, you can build your app, and you can install and test it on Android via direct APK. Publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play unlocks with any paid plan.
- You can connect your store, design your app and use the live preview before you start the trial, with no payment method.
- Starting the trial needs a payment method. Nothing is charged when you start it.
- When the 14 days end, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before then. You get a reminder email before the first charge.
- Cancel any time during the trial from the billing portal and you pay nothing. Anything you already installed keeps working; building pauses.
The trial is your evaluation period. It exists so you can build your app, see it running on a real device and decide — before any money changes hands. That is why the policy below is what it is.
2. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time on an active subscription, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is issued by our payment reseller, Stripe, under its own policies.
We think this is fair because you get a full 14 days to build and test your app at no cost, and because you can cancel at any moment to stop the next charge.
Where we will issue a refund
We are not looking for technicalities. We will refund you if:
- you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled;
- you were charged the wrong amount;
- a sustained fault on our side made the Service unusable for a significant part of a billing period and we could not fix it; or
- the law where you live gives you a refund right that overrides this policy. Consumer rights in your country always take precedence over anything written here.
Email support@storetonative.com and explain what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Where we will not
- You forgot to cancel before your free trial ended.
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal.
- You stopped using the Service but left the subscription active.
- Apple or Google rejected or removed your app. We will help you resubmit, but their review decisions are not ours to control — see section 6 of our Terms of Service.
- You changed your mind after the trial.
3. Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing portal in your account at app.storetonative.com. No email required, no retention call, no notice period.
When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on day 3 of a month does not cut you off on day 3.
- Your subscription is not renewed.
- Apps you have already published to the App Store and Google Play keep working.
- Building, publishing and over-the-air updates pause.
- We keep your build artifacts and configuration for 90 days, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. After 90 days they may be permanently deleted.
4. Changing plans
Plan changes take effect immediately.
- Upgrading: you get the new plan's features straight away. The prorated difference for the rest of the current period is added to your next invoice.
- Downgrading: the new plan applies straight away, and the unused part of your previous plan is credited against your next invoice.
5. If we cancel
If we suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of our Terms, no refund is due.
If we discontinue the Service or a plan entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it remains unpaid, building and publishing functions are paused until the account is brought current. Published apps continue to work.
7. Taxes
Prices are in United States dollars and exclusive of tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Taxes are refunded together with any refunded payment, where the law requires it.
8. Questions
Email support@storetonative.com. A real person reads it.
Subscription payments are sold and processed by Stripe as our reseller (you may see Stripe or Link on your receipts and card statement). Refund requests go to us first at the support address above.
