Partner Program Terms

Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") govern your participation in the StoreToNative partner program (the "Program"), operated by StoreToNative LLC("StoreToNative", "we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person or company that applies to, or takes part in, the Program.

By applying to the Program you agree to these Partner Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you also use StoreToNative as a customer, our Terms of Service apply to that use; these Partner Terms apply to the Program.

1. Joining the Program

You apply through the form on our website, or we invite you. We approve each partner individually and may decline an application without giving a reason. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date, including the email address you sign in with and how you want to be paid.

When you apply, or when we invite you, you tell us the country you work from. You confirm that you do your referral work for the Program from that country. Referral work means what you do to promote StoreToNative and to refer stores. Write to us before this changes. If the country you gave is not the United States, write to us before you do any of this work while you are in the United States. We rely on what you tell us here when we run your partner account and pay you. After a change we may pause your payouts for as long as is reasonably needed to check it.

When you are approved we give you a referral link, a code, and access to a partner panel where you can see your clicks, referred stores, commissions and payouts.

2. What counts as a referral

A store counts as referred by you (a "Referred Store") when all of the following are true:

If a person opened more than one partner's link, the last link they opened before signing up counts. A Referred Store keeps its referring partner for as long as the Program runs.

Referring your own clients is allowed and expected. The client holds their own StoreToNative account and pays for it.

If you believe a store should have been attributed to you and was not, write to us within 30 days of that store creating its account. We decide, acting reasonably and on the records we hold.

3. What you earn

When you apply you choose one of two commission plans:

Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive from the Referred Store for its subscription, after any discount or credit and excluding taxes. No commission is earned on a free trial, on a payment that fails, or on one-time services.

The total commission we pay on a Referred Store will never be more than what we received from that store.

If you ask us to change your plan and we agree, the new plan applies to stores you refer after the change. Stores you referred before it keep the plan that applied when they signed up.

4. What a Referred Store gets

A Referred Store receives 10% off its first 3 monthly payments. If the store already holds another discount, that discount stays and the two are not combined. We may change or end this offer for future referrals.

5. When a commission becomes payable

Each commission is held for 60 days after the payment it relates to. During that time it is shown in your panel as held. After 60 days it becomes payable, unless the payment was refunded or disputed.

If a payment is refunded in full, or the cardholder disputes it, the commission on that payment is cancelled. If we had already paid you that commission, we deduct the same amount from your future commissions. If a payment is refunded in part, we may reduce the commission in proportion.

We may extend the holding period, or pause your payouts, for as long as is reasonably needed to check a payment or a referral that looks fraudulent or that breaks these Partner Terms.

6. How and when we pay

We pay once a month, in US dollars, when your payable balance is $100 or more. A smaller balance is carried over to the following month.

We pay by bank transfer or PayPal, as you choose in your panel. The first time a partner chooses a method, we may need extra time to set it up. If the method you chose is not ready when your payout is due, we tell you. We may then pay you by bank transfer in US dollars instead, once you give us the details for it. We cover our own bank's fee for sending the payment. Fees charged by your bank, by a bank in between, or by PayPal, and any currency conversion, are yours.

You must tell us how to pay you and keep those details correct. We cannot pay you until you do. If your partner account has had no sign-in and no referral activity for 24 months and we cannot reach you at your email address, any unpaid balance may be forfeited.

Your panel shows a statement of your commissions and payouts. If you think a figure is wrong, tell us within 60 days of the statement.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn from the Program. Before any payout we may ask you for a tax form and for your payout details. Examples of a tax form are Form W-9, Form W-8BEN and Form W-8BEN-E. We may ask again later, for example when a form is out of date or your details change. We may be required to report payments to tax authorities. If the law requires us to hold back tax from a payout, we hold back that amount, pay you the rest, and tell you the amount we held back. We do not give tax advice.

We make no payout until we have received the form and the details we asked for, and they are complete. Until then your payable balance waits. You do not lose it because of the wait alone. After we have them, section 6 says when it is paid. This also applies to a payout that is due after your participation ends. Section 6 also says when an unpaid balance may be forfeited.

8. How you may promote us

You agree that you will:

You agree that you will not:

9. Suspension and ending

You may leave the Program at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time. If we end it without you having broken these Partner Terms, we will pay the commissions that were already payable, and those that become payable from payments made before the end date.

If you break these Partner Terms, or we reasonably believe a referral was obtained by fraud, we may end your participation at once, cancel commissions connected to the breach, and deduct commissions already paid on those referrals from anything else we owe you.

When your participation ends, you must stop using our name, logo and materials, and your link and code stop earning commission.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change these Partner Terms, the commission plans, or end the Program. We will tell you by email or in your panel at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you earn on stores you have already referred. If you do not agree, you may leave the Program before the change takes effect. Continuing in the Program after that date means you accept the change.

11. Our relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Partner Terms creates a partnership in the legal sense, an employment, an agency or a franchise between us. You have no authority to make promises on our behalf.

12. Personal data

We handle the personal data you give us as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share with you who a Referred Store is; your panel shows each one as an anonymous identifier. What a client tells you about their own account is between you and them.

13. Liability

The Program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from the Program, and our total liability to you under these Partner Terms is limited to the commissions payable to you in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These Partner Terms are governed by the same law, and disputes are handled in the same way, as set out in our Terms of Service.
