Apply
Tell us who you are and who you work with. A person reads every application and answers by email, usually within a few working days.
Share your link
You get a link and a code. Put the link on your site, in a proposal or in a video. A store that signs up through it, or types your code, gets 10% off its first 3 months.
The store subscribes
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. When the store pays, your commission for that payment is recorded. You see it in your partner panel the same day.
Get paid
A commission is held for 60 days. After that it is ready to pay. Once you have $100 or more ready, we pay you, once a month, in US dollars.

Commission is worked out on what the store really paid, without tax. In the store's first 3 months the 10% discount applies, so those commissions are 10% lower than the figures above.

Sign in with your email, no password. You see your clicks, the stores that signed up, each commission and each payout. You can tag your links to see which one works, and download your commissions as a spreadsheet.
The rules, in short
- Refer real WooCommerce stores, including your own clients. You cannot refer an account that you own yourself.
- Tell people that you are a partner and may earn a commission.
- Do not run search ads on our name, and do not post your code on coupon sites.
- Only say about the product what our website says.
- If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is taken back.
What partners ask us
Who can join?
Agencies, freelancers, consultants and creators who work with WooCommerce stores. We approve each partner by hand, so we know who is speaking for us.
How do you know a store came from me?
When someone opens your link, their browser keeps your code for 90 days. If they sign up in that time, the store is yours. A store owner can also type your code on the Billing page in the store's first 30 days. If two partners sent the same person, the last link they clicked counts.
Can I refer my own clients?
Yes. That is what most partners do. The client has their own StoreToNative account and pays for it; you earn on their payments. The one thing you cannot do is refer an account that you own yourself.
When and how am I paid?
Once a month, in US dollars, once you have $100 or more ready. A smaller balance carries over to the next month; nothing is lost. We pay by bank transfer or PayPal. The first payout by a method can take longer, because we set the method up when a partner first chooses it. If it is not ready in time, we may pay you by bank transfer instead. Your bank or PayPal may take its own fee from the amount.
Why is a commission held for 60 days?
So that a refund or a card dispute in that time simply cancels the commission. After 60 days it is yours, and it counts toward your next payout.
What does the store I refer get?
10% off its first 3 months, on top of the 14-day free trial that every plan starts with.
Do I need to be a customer myself?
No. You do not need a StoreToNative account to be a partner.
Why do you ask which country I work from?
When you apply, you tell us the country where you do your referral work. We rely on it when we run your account and pay you. Please tell us before it changes.
Will you ask me for tax forms?
Yes. Before a payout we may ask you by email for a tax form, for example Form W-9, Form W-8BEN or Form W-8BEN-E, and for your payout details. We pay once we have them and they are complete. Until then your balance waits; the wait alone does not take it away. If the law requires us to hold back tax from a payout, we pay you the rest and tell you the amount. We are not tax advisers; please ask your own accountant how to report what you earn.
