Analytics
What the app earns and who is using it. Every figure on the Analytics page and how it is calculated, plus the weekly brief and monthly client report.
Updated September 18, 2026
Open Analytics. Pick a range at the top: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, ending today. Every figure comes from your store’s own orders and from the app’s own launches. There is no third-party analytics SDK: installs are counted with an anonymous id the app creates on first launch, not with an advertising id, and it resets if the app is reinstalled.
The figures
| Figure | How it is worked out |
|---|---|
| Revenue via app | Revenue from orders placed through the app, next to the total number of store orders in the range. |
| Orders via app | Orders placed through the app. The rest are labelled placed elsewhere. |
| Average order | App revenue divided by app orders. |
| Orders per launch | App orders divided by app launches. Per launch rather than per install, because it is what changes when the home screen changes. |
| Installs | Devices that have opened the app, with how many are new in the range. |
| Active installs | Distinct devices that opened the app in the range. |
| Push open rate | Notification opens divided by notifications sent. |
An order counts as “via app” when the shopper placed it from the app, whether through the web checkout or native checkout. Orders placed on your website are counted in the totals but never credited to the app.
Any rate whose bottom line is zero shows —, never 0%. “No pushes sent yet” is not a 0% open rate, and a range with no launches has no orders-per-launch figure.
Install base by platform (iOS, Android, unreported) is all-time, because an install stays on a phone whatever range you pick.
Charts
A daily Revenue via app chart for the range, and an Engagement chart of launches against orders for the last 14 days. A flat stretch means no sales, not missing data.
Top sellers via app
Units sold through the app in the range, top eight. This is the Advanced analytics add-on, on Pro and Agency. On Starter the panel is shown blurred with the upgrade path; on Pro with the module off, it says so and offers Turn on Advanced analytics.
Abandoned carts
A card with how many carts are idle right now, with a link to switch on cart recovery on Pro. It can be dismissed for 30 days.
The dashboard figure
The Dashboard compares the last 30 days of app revenue against what the workspace pays per month. It appears only when there is real revenue and a real bill, so it never shows a made-up return.
Weekly store brief (Pro)
Every Monday morning the workspace owner receives an email with last week’s figures beside the week before and a short written summary. The same brief appears on the Analytics page as Week of …. Your first brief arrives after the end of your first full week. Turn it off under Settings → Email reports; the switch is never plan-gated, so it can always be turned off.
Monthly client report (Agency)
For each app, a share link to a report page under your own name, colour and logo: the latest full calendar month against the previous one, a written summary, and best sellers. Anyone with the link can read it. Replacing the link makes the old one stop working, which is how you revoke it. The first report covers the first full calendar month after you set it up.
