Agency includes everything in Pro, and Pro everything in Starter. Prices are also on the pricing section of the website; the Billing page in your console is the source of truth if the two ever differ.

Apple’s and Google’s developer accounts are separate costs paid to them, not part of any plan.

The trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Before it starts, you can connect your store, design the app and watch the live preview for free, with no clock running. When you’re ready to build, start the trial from the Billing page: you add a card, pay $0 today, and the first charge comes when the 14 days end, unless you cancel before then. During the trial you can build and install the app on your own Android phone. Store publishing unlocks when your first payment goes through. You get a reminder email before the first charge. If a payment fails, new builds and store publishing pause until the card is updated in the billing portal. Apps that are already published keep working.

On a trial or unpaid workspace the app carries a small Made with StoreToNative badge. It disappears on any paid plan, with no rebuild.

Upgrading, switching and cancelling

The Billing page shows your current plan, how many of your apps are in use, and the three plan cards. Your first paid subscription goes through a secure Stripe checkout. Switching plans, cancelling, changing the card and downloading invoices all live in Manage billing, the Stripe billing portal. If your Billing page shows a different route for changing plans, follow what the page says; it always reflects what is available to your workspace.

Cancelling returns the workspace to Starter at the end of the period. Starter has no subscription, so there is nothing to check out for it.

Coupons

Have a coupon? on the Billing page. An applied coupon shows what it does, a percentage or a fixed amount off the monthly price, and for how long: once, for a number of months, or forever. It is applied automatically when you subscribe. If you already have a subscription, it is added to that subscription right away. Some coupons also extend the trial, including a free trial that started with your card. A coupon can be refused as already used, expired, fully redeemed or not valid.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the console shows a banner on every page: Payment failed — builds are paused. Update your payment method to resume, with a Fix payment button. Everything else keeps working, including your published apps and their push notifications. Builds resume as soon as the payment goes through.

App limits

At the limit, the Add new app button becomes Upgrade to add another app for owners. Other roles see App limit reached and are pointed to the owner.
