Add-ons
The nine modules you can switch on per app, which plan each needs, and the shopper features card.
Updated September 23, 2026
Open App Builder → Add-ons. Each card has a switch and a Free or Pro badge. On the Starter plan, Pro cards show a lock and open the upgrade comparison. Switching a module on or off reaches installed apps on their next launch.
These switches also feed your store listings: they decide the answers on Apple’s App Privacy questionnaire, they mark the Google Play Data safety declaration as needing an update when checkout, cart recovery or shopper accounts change, and they shape the listing description the console drafts for you.
| Add-on | Plan | Default | What it does and what to set up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Push notifications | Free | On | The master switch for every notification the app sends: campaigns, order-status updates, automations, stock alerts. Set up campaigns on the Push page. |
| Offline catalog | Free | On | The app keeps the last catalog it saw and shows it when the shopper is offline, with a banner saying so. Nothing to set up. |
| Product deep links | Free | On | A shared product link opens in the app instead of the browser. Needs two files on your domain: the paired plugin serves them, or download them from the Growth page. |
| Native checkout | Free | Off | A native delivery-details form instead of your web checkout, ending on your store’s own payment page. Place one real order on your own gateway after turning it on. See Your app for shoppers. |
| Review prompt | Free | On | Asks for an App Store or Play review the first time a shopper opens the app after an order completes. Never twice for one order, and at most once every 90 days. |
| Shopper accounts | Free | Off | Sign in, registration, order history tied to the account, and account deletion, all against your WooCommerce customers. Needs the WordPress plugin paired and up to date; the switch stays inert until it is. |
| Abandoned cart recovery | Pro | Off | Nudges shoppers who left items in their cart. Tune it on the Push page under Automations. |
| Biometric lock | Pro | Off | Face ID or fingerprint over the Account screen, with the device passcode as fallback. Nothing else to set up. |
| Advanced analytics | Pro | Off | Product-level breakdowns on the Analytics page, such as top sellers via the app. |
Shopper features
Below the grid, the Shopper features card fine-tunes what signed-in shoppers can do:
- Sign-in and Registration. Registration follows your WooCommerce setting; if WooCommerce has account creation switched off under Settings → Accounts & Privacy, the card says so. After you change it, press Check connection on the StoreToNative page in your WordPress admin so your store reports the change straight away; otherwise it waits for your store’s next automatic check-in, which can be hours away.
- Reviews and Verified purchase only, mirroring your WooCommerce review settings.
- Back-in-stock and price-drop alerts (Pro). Shoppers watch a product and get a push when it returns or drops in price. Works without shopper accounts, but sends nothing while Push notifications is off.
