Team, settings and your account
Console branding, team roles and invitations, email reports, your own account and security, and what the notification bell means.
Updated September 25, 2026
Settings
Open Settings: your console brand, team and email reports, with signposts to the things that live elsewhere (API keys under Webhooks & API, the store connection under App Builder → WooCommerce, the push key under Publish → App Store).
White-label console (Agency)
Rename the console, pick its colour and font, and add your logo. Everyone you invite sees it, your team and your clients alike, and so do the client reports and invitation emails you send. It changes nothing in any app; your shoppers never see it.
- Platform name, up to 24 characters.
- Console color, from presets or a custom picker.
- Font, from a preset list loaded from Google Fonts. Cairo pairs well with Arabic storefronts.
- Logo upload, with a live preview.
Below Agency the controls are visible but inert. Only owners and admins can change the brand.
Team access (Agency)
Bring in colleagues, and give each client read-only access to their own app and nothing else. Agency includes ten seats; the header shows how many are in use.
Invite by email, choose a role, and for a client choose which app. Invitations expire after seven days. If email is not configured for your workspace, the console hands you the invitation link to forward yourself.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing. |
| Admin | Everything except billing, including the console brand and API keys. |
| Editor | Build, design, publish and send. No billing, team or console brand, no new API keys (they can revoke one), and no changes to the store connection, app id, Apple or Google Play keys, signing key or webhooks. |
| Client | Read-only, and only the apps you choose: Dashboard, Push and Analytics for their app. |
The join page explains an invitation that cannot be used: invalid, expired, withdrawn, already used, sent to a different email address, already a member, or no seats left.
Email reports
Weekly store brief goes to the owner every Monday on Pro and Agency. The switch is always available so it can always be turned off. See Analytics.
The same switch covers the store-health alerts and the one-time “Need a hand connecting your store?” email, sent a day or so after sign-up if no store has synced. The welcome email, build results and the trial reminder are about your account, so they are not on this switch.
Account & security
Open the account menu in the top right and choose Account & security. This page is about you, not the workspace, and every role can open it.
- Profile. Your name, and the App Review contact phone number. Include the country code; Apple’s reviewers call this number during review of your app.
- Email. A new address needs your current password, so a stolen session cannot move your account. The change is confirmed by links sent to both addresses.
- Password. Change it with your current password, or use the reset link from the sign-in page.
- Two-factor authentication. Enter your password, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, confirm with a six-digit code, and save the one-time backup codes somewhere safe. You can regenerate backup codes or turn two-factor off later.
- Sign-in security. Every place you are signed in, with Sign out per row and Sign out other devices.
When a StoreToNative support operator is viewing your console with your permission, the sign-in settings are hidden from them; they can see your profile and sessions but cannot change how you sign in.
The notification bell
The red dot on the bell means one thing: somebody is waiting for you. Today that is an unread reply on a support ticket. The panel has two parts: Waiting on you, with those threads, and Store activity, a feed of recent orders and catalog events from your store, which never lights the dot. Opening a thread clears it for the whole team.
Still stuck? Open a ticket from Support in the console, or contact us.
