Refer a client (partner program)

This page is for agencies, freelancers and consultants who set up apps for WooCommerce stores. If you send us a store, you earn a share of what that store pays.

Join

1. Apply on the partner program page. Choose how you want to earn: 20% of each payment for the store’s first 12 months, or 10% for as long as the store stays.
2. We read every application. When yours is approved you get an e-mail with your link and your code.
3. Sign in to your partner area at app.storetonative.com/partner. There is no password: type your e-mail and we send you a sign-in link.

Your partner sign-in is separate from a console account. You do not need a console account to be a partner.

Send a client

There are two ways. Both give the store 10% off its first 3 months.

• Your link. It looks like storetonative.com/?ref=your-code. When someone opens it and signs up within 90 days, the store is yours. In your partner area, Links and banners builds a link to the home page, the demo, the pricing page or any page of the site.
• Your code. A store that signed up without your link can type your code on its Billing page, under Have a coupon?, in its first 30 days.

To see which of your channels works, add a tag to the link: ?ref=your-code&sub=newsletter. Tags in your partner area shows clicks, sign-ups and earnings for each tag.

What counts

• A store belongs to one partner, for good. If the store opened two partners’ links, the last one opened before sign-up counts.
• Stores you set up for your clients count. Your own account does not.
• You earn on what the store really paid, without tax. A free trial pays nothing.

See what you earned

• Home shows clicks, stores and money.
• Commissions lists every payment a store made and your share. Each one waits 60 days before it is ready to pay. If the store’s payment is refunded or disputed, that commission is cancelled.
• A store is shown by a short id, not by its name.

Get paid

• Once a month, in US dollars, when you have $100 or more ready. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
• Choose bank transfer or PayPal under Profile. Before a payout we may ask you by e-mail for your payout details and a tax form; we pay once we have them. They are not stored in your partner area.
• Payouts shows each payment and its date.
